Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or by logging in to your account on Shapshe.com. Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

It will be sent to the email you used for placing the order. If you fail to track your order, please email customer@shapshe.com with your order number and request.

If you need to change your order information, please contact us in time to check the status of your order. If your package has not been sent out, we can change the size, color or your personal information for you.

Once the package has been sent out, you need to contact our customer service and we will contact the carrier to check whether the package information can be changed. If the information cannot be changed and the product received is not suitable, it cannot be regarded as a product quality problem and the customer is responsible for it.

1. When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at customer@shapshe.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Always check the product description for the recommended usage time and intensity, and remember that the right size makes any compression level more effective.

Waist trainers are generally not recommended for all‑day, everyday wear. We recommend wearing it for no more than 6–8 hours at a time and never while sleeping. Extended use can restrict breathing, digestion, and natural movement, so it’s best to limit sessions to a few hours at a time and never wear one while sleeping. Always listen to your body—if you feel pain, numbness, or discomfort, take it off immediately.

Yes, shapewear is generally designed to be worn under dresses. Just make sure it fits smoothly without bulging or creating visible lines, and try it on with your dress beforehand to check the overall look—especially at the waist, hips, and hemline. If your dress is very fitted or made of thin fabric, opt for a nude tone and seamless edges to avoid show‑through, but always test the combination to be sure.
