How to track your order:
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please contact us at support@shapshe.com and we will update the progress of your order.
If you would like to check the status of your shipment or proof of delivery, please enter your tracking number or reference number on package tracking platform 17track.net to see the details.
*If the package does not arrive within 30 days of your order, you must contact customer service within 180 days of your order and we will reply you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests cannot be accepted.
If you have not received the package:
First, check the area where the deliverer left the package. Also ask the neighbors if the package was left at the wrong door. Also look out for notifications of attempted delivery, which means the courier tried to deliver the package but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day as some couriers' electronic systems can show the package as delivered even if it's still on its way. If still nothing, you can call the courier giving the tracking number for more information.
