Shipping information
It is very important to us that your items are delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery times depend on the chosen delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of your order.
The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-5 working days
• Shipping time: 7-20 business days
Order confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a summary of your order and the shipping and payment details.
Editing
Once your order is confirmed we will prepare your items for shipment. Items marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in stock and will be shipped the next business day. Other items may take 1-5 business days to process. Although we strive to get your order ready for dispatch as quickly as possible, some items may experience a longer processing time due to low product availability. In such cases, you will be informed of the delay by email.
Shipment
Shipping is free for orders over $59. If available, you can opt for expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please note that you must provide a postal address and contact number if you choose expedited shipping for your order as delivery cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your items have left our warehouse. In this email you will find details of the items included in the shipment and a tracking number.
To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that it sometimes takes 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipment status and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be split into different packages and shipped on different days. You will then receive a separate shipping confirmation for each shipment.
Delivery day
On the day your package is delivered you will receive an SMS notification to let you know that your delivery is on its way to you.
Missed delivery
If you are unable to receive your shipment, you can contact your courier to reschedule delivery.
