WAIST
Bend your waist to the side. The point where your body creases is your natural waistline. Stand up and wrap the tape measure around your waist.

HIP
Stand with your knees together and measure around the widest part of your hips. This usually covers the widest part of your butt, which is 20cm below your waist.

Ich liebe das absolut und es ist der beste Kauf, den ich mit einem davon getätigt habe!!! Und ich kann auch den Schritt öffnen. Ich liebe die Komprimierung. Es schmerzt meine Seiten überhaupt nicht und ich habe auch nicht das Gefühl, dass ich nicht atmen kann.
