Use a tape measure to measure yourself and keep the tape measure securely around the three important points.
To get an accurate measurement, we recommend that you take these measurements while wearing minimal clothing.

BUST
Measure the chest circumference at the widest part of the chest. Make sure the tape measure is relaxed and not tight. Please wear an unpadded bra when measuring. Find your bust measurement above and combine it with cup size to find your size.

UNDER BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your chest and keep it just under your breast for the most accurate measurement.

WAIST
Bend your waist to the side. The point where your body creases is your natural waistline. Stand up and wrap the tape measure around your waist.

HIP
Stand with your knees together and measure around the widest part of your hips. This usually covers the widest part of your butt, which is 20cm below your waist.
