Measure the chest circumference at the widest part of the chest. Make sure the tape measure is relaxed and not tight. Please wear an unpadded bra when measuring. Find your bust measurement above and combine it with cup size to find your size.

UNDER BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your chest and keep it just under your breast for the most accurate measurement.

WAIST
Bend your waist to the side. The point where your body creases is your natural waistline. Stand up and wrap the tape measure around your waist.

HIP
Stand with your knees together and measure around the widest part of your hips. This usually covers the widest part of your butt, which is 20cm below your waist.

Ich habe mir den shaper gekauft um ein enges Kleid zu tragen. Da ich nach der Schwangerschaft keinen so straffen Bauch mehr habe dachte ich daran mir einen shaper zu kaufen und ein bisschen zu schummeln. Das trage Gefühl ist angenehm und es ist im Schritt offen sodass man ihm nicht komplett ausziehen muss wenn man zur Toilette muss
