BUST
Measure the chest circumference at the widest part of the chest. Make sure the tape measure is relaxed and not tight. Please wear an unpadded bra when measuring. Find your bust measurement above and combine it with cup size to find your size.

UNDER BUST
Wrap the tape measure around your chest and keep it just under your breast for the most accurate measurement.

WAIST
Bend your waist to the side. The point where your body creases is your natural waistline. Stand up and wrap the tape measure around your waist.

HIP
Stand with your knees together and measure around the widest part of your hips. This usually covers the widest part of your butt, which is 20cm below your waist.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass er perfekt passt, bequem ist und dennoch meine Figur entsprechend formt. Ich habe eine Sanduhrfigur, mit einem doch recht üppigen Bauch, der aber durch das Mieder sehr viel flacher wirkt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Ich würde diesen Mieder-Body immer wieder kaufen.
